Care Instructions: Vacuum regularly on a
low-power setting, using a vacuum cleaner without a beater brush,
to prevent debris from settling into roots of the fibres. For best
results, vacuum from different directions, making several passes
over the area. Shedding is a natural characterstic of the handmade
rugs which reduces over a period of usage. Avoid direct and
continuous exposure to sunlight. Use rug protectors under the legs
of heavy furniture to avoid flattening piles. Do not pull loose
ends. Clip them with scissors to remove. Turn carpet around
occasionally to equalise wear. Remove spills immediately; if
liquid,
blot with clean, un-dyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spill
to absorb as much as
possible. For hard-to-remove stains, professional rug cleaning is
recommended.
Store your rug by rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth
for protection. Do not
fold or store rug in an airtight plastic bag. Place in dry,
well-ventilated area. Use of a rug pad
is recommended

Delivery
If your order includes a combination of large items (such as furniture, rugs, floor lamps and chandeliers) and small items, these will be dispatched separately for your convenience.
Smaller items will be sent immediately, while larger items will be delivered on an agreed date that is convenient for you.
Made-to-order and preorder items will ship as soon as they are available.
Please note that occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control, the dispatch date of your made-to-order or preordered item may change.
Neither Soho Home nor our delivery partners are able to hold your order for a future delivery date. Please be ready to accept your order within the timeframes we have shared with you.

For our stocked pieces, you have 28 days from receipt of your order to return an unwanted item to us for a full refund, in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Made-to-order and monogrammed items are non-returnable.
