Ayurvedic Home Remedies for Heart Problems
Heart Attack
- Take 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder everyday.
Heart Burn
- Add 1 tablespoon mint leaves to 1 cup water. Take twice or thrice a day.
Heart Pain
- Boil 1/2 teaspoon sandalwood powder in 1 cup water. Drink thrice daily.
Heart Palpitation
- Boil 1/4 teaspoon powdered cardamom seeds in tea water and drink.
Heart Weakness
- Regular intake of ripe bananas strengthens the heart.

Tulsi is very effective to cure all sort of heart troubles. Since it controls blood pressure and keeps blood clean, its regular consumption prevents heart attacks. For special tonic for heart, prepare the medicine in the following way: Take about 1 gm. dried powder of tulsi leaves, add 3 gms of the powder of Arjun tree and mix even amount of honey. Now either churn or mix them till the solution is fully homogeneous. Take about 1 gm. of this paste, add a little more of honey and lick it at least thrice a day, preferable early in the morning as the first thing an hour after lunch and as the last thing before your retiring for the day.
